Female singer Aroma is seeing a rise in her career since featuring on a song with B2C boys entitled Yoola, but she is worried someone is trying to dim her light. While appearing on a local entertainment show on Saturday, Aroma said one big female artiste is paying djs and radio presenters not to play her music.
“There is someone paying media so that my music is not played. What is funny is that artistes who do such are not even talented. Why does she do that though?” she said.
She, however, did not mention the name of the artiste, although she threatened to do so if the artiste does not stop.
Aroma urged all musicians to help each other progress instead of sabotaging the rising ones. The singer said she intends to help young artistes when she makes it big, and therefore should not be hindered.
