Singer Rickman Manrick of Ebango Naliwanika fame recently announced that he was not going to return to Sweden where he had for a long time been working. Rickman said the decision was motivated by his desire to concentrate and grow his music career.
In a new interview, Rickman has said music was only one of the reasons, but the other core reason was his love for Sheila.
“I stayed because of love. I like to love and be loved. I’m still young and I have to enjoy my life. I think I can always go back to Sweden. Let me first enjoy the things I like now; love, football and music,” he said.
Rickman is also passionate about football and says he wants to play for K.C.C.A Football Club and there is now way to achieve that if he is not in Uganda. “My father used to play for the club and I want to follow in his footsteps. It is a dream.”
He promised nonstop music this year.
