Musician Jamal Wasswa has revealed that he is never going to be pressured by fans to release music every other time. In an interview, Jamal has revealed how he doesn’t mind when people refer to him as a faded artiste owing to the fact that he has not released any new song in many years.
“People ask me where I have been and I don’t get it. I have always been around. Songs I did 10 years back are still hits. When I perform them, people sing word by word,” Jamal explained.
“The young artists are good but they have not done music that lasts long. For my case, I take a long to release, but when I do it is a classic, “he added.
He, however, said he would be releasing new music soon because he is working hard in studio. He urged young musicians to always spend more time creating music other than releasing bubble gum music every other month.
