The Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) Electoral Commission has announced that there will not be elections come June 28th as earlier communicated.
The planned elections were due to happen at the Uganda National Theatre but some members of the policy board protested on account that upcountry musicians would be left out.
It is the third time the elections are being pushed forward.
The last time the elections were postponed it was because of system failure of the virtual process.
