About four years ago, singer Winnie Nwagi had a violent breakup with his then boyfriend, Generale C’zaabu. Nwagi used her social media to accuse C’zaabu of domestic violence, among other things.
In an interview, C’zaabu has revealed how breaking up with Nwagi affected his music career. He says it turned his life upside down and he had to take a music break for some period of time.
Although he has since resumed music, his music career has never really taken off. He is now married to a mzungu and shares a child with her.
Nwagi has been private about her love life since the breakup with C’zaabu.
