Musician King Saha was not interested in any debate with his rivals in the Uganda Musicians Association race, Cindy Sanyu and Lord Bitemu. The trio are contesting to take the presidency of the association.
On Friday, Dember FM and Spark TV organized an on-air debate for the contestants to share their manifestos but Saha was a no show feigning toothache.
On Saturday he missed a similar engagement on NBS but gave no notice, according to communication from the station.
The debates went on.
Relatedly, UMA Electoral Commission has postponed the elections to allow musicians understand how to vote digitally.
