Musician King Saha is currently one of the artistes who have given a shot at becoming President for the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA), while at it, he has also hinted at running for Member of Parliament come 2026.
Saha made the hint during a recent media interview. He said some friends were asking him to give it a shot as well.
“I have a neighbor who is always pushing me to join politics, but I’m still weighing my options. You never know, I might come as an MP,”
In his bid for UMA president, he has been endorsed by different musicians including the National Unity Platform President Bobi Wine. One wonders whether he would get the same endorsements if he stood for MP.
