Pallaso to Stage Concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval

Self-crowned, King of the East Pallaso Mayanja has announced intentions to stage a concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval, one of Uganda’s most prestigious concert venues. Pallaso made his intentions known through a post on social media shared on Monday.

“The best gift I can give back to all my fans that have made the slave a king. Now I know it’s true, love can save the world. Now I’m gonna love you all back till all the stars go out. C R I C K E T O V A L!”

The singer is yet to announce a date for the concert. It will be his second concert after his maiden one that happened at Kyadondo grounds, a couple of years back. This coming concert, however, finds him in a much-favoured place than the first. His music through the previous two years has been massively loved, earning him a number of accolades, including Artiste of the Year 2021 in the Janzi Awards and Zzina Awards.

His catalogue of hit songs includes; Malamu, Nalonda Namala, Ani Oyo and many more.

Pallaso first recorded his first song in 2003 under Jose Chameleone’s Leone Island but had to wait until 2013 to get his breakthrough song, Amaaso, a collaboration he did with the Goodlyfe crew, Radio and Weasel.

Before Amaaso, Pallaso was living in USA but had to relocate to Uganda after he clinched a mega-hit. He has been on a continued rise since then.
