TV host Sheila Gashumba has urged musician Ykee Benda to sue fellow musician Dre Cali over breach of contract. Dre Cali has for the past three years been signed to Ykee’s Mpaka Records, but new emerged recently that Dre Cali had fled the country to run away from his legal battles with Wyse Technologies, a label he was signed to before Mpaka.
“Ykee Benda needs to sue Drecali!! How do you waste someone’s time and money like that? Matter of fact Drecali is CANCELLED!!” Sheila tweeted.
During an interview with NBS this week, Ykee said his relationship with Dre Cali was at test.
Wyse sued Dre Cali for entering into a new agreement with Ykee’s Mpaka when he was still having a running contract with them. Wyse wants Dre Cali to pay a total of 80M as compensation for the loses caused.
