On Tuesday, a number of people gathered in Nakawuka, Kagga for Radio Mowzey’s memorial service, but Weasel who sang with Radio for more than a decade was visibly absent.
Weasel was represented by his brother Pallaso who said the Gudlyfe artiste had failed to gather energy to be present in person. The explanation seemed not to sit well with the attendees who started to murmur their discontent.
Weasel also missed the Kasiki a day earlier but was seen making merry at Levels lounge in Kampala.
Pallaso told mourners he had tried to cajole his brother to attend but it was hard because he was breaking.
Radio died in 2018 after a bar brawl in Entebbe. He picked serious damages that led him into coma for days, and consequently his demise.
Although he did not attend the memorial service, Weasel paid tribute to Radio through social media, saying that he misses him so much.
