MC Casmir is winning by the looks of things

Mc Casmir is currently rejoicing the somewhat earned victory and compensation he has gotten from the arrest of the officer who recorded him and the wife of another man after catching them in an adulterous act.

Inspector of Police of Kira Road Police Station Ogwang Julius who apparently spearheaded the whole recording, arresting and humiliating of the two people that were involved in the act of adultery has been arrested and charged with discreditable conduct which can lead to dismissal from the police force upon conviction.

According to police recording the humiliated couple was not right because adultery is not a criminal offense in Ugandan law.

The police statement read “Last week we witnessed an incident where a shameful incident of adultery , a purely civil matter, was criminalized and responded to by inspector of police, Julius Ogwang of Kira Road Police station. The two victims were arrested and interrogated on camera, in a manner that violated their privacy. Adultery is no longer a criminal offence in our country. Therefore, criminalizing it is an act of unprofessionalism and abuse of authority, which the force cannot tolerate.”

The police further warned other police officers by saying “Our action, therefore, should act as a warning to other undisciplined officers, who look to gain from proceeds of their selfish interests, at the expense of the UPDF mandate. The role of police in civil conflicts, complaints and disagreements are to protect life and property.”

Mc Casmir has stated that he will maintain a relationship with the lady he was caught cheating with.
